Just message us to find out if the Guest House is booked during your planned stay. We offer an option to block the Gest House Calendar for a small nightly fee when available.

Entire front cube and all outdoor amenities are yours including driveway and all amenities. Should there be a guest / guests in the Guest House, then you will be sharing all outdoor amenities and the driveway.

Please note, our home is located near train tracks, and guests may occasionally hear train sounds during their stay. We find the noise adds to the charm of the area, but we want to ensure you're aware of it.

Lockhart is known for it's world class BBQ, old-town TX vibes, thrift stores, restaurants, and it's close proximity to the San Marcos river and Austin, TX.
